Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate – Corporate Law to join our legal team. The candidate will play a key role in advising clients on corporate, commercial, and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance. The ideal applicant must demonstrate strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and proven experience in corporate advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate transactions, contracts, and business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Advise on company formations, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian corporate laws and international regulations.
• Represent clients before regulatory authorities and government bodies.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to business development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher from a recognized university.
• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia (or eligible for licensing).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in a reputed law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent client management and problem-solving abilities.
