Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Litigation Lawyer (Associate Level) to join our dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of litigation and arbitration matters, representing clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies in Saudi Arabia. This role requires strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills with the ability to manage cases independently under the supervision of senior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation before Saudi courts.
• Assist in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and submissions.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal notices related to disputes.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Support senior lawyers in strategy building, case analysis, and client meetings.
• Maintain case files and ensure timely updates for clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia (or eligible for licensing).
• 3–5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi court procedures and judicial systems.
• Excellent drafting and advocacy skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
